Can I run standard events on the pixel?
Yes. Clean, non-PHI events fire properly, and our team helps you set them up to avoid Meta's filters. PHI rules apply on every ad account, but the throttling Meta places on standard health advertisers doesn't apply on credentialed infrastructure.
Do I need LegitScript to work with Scoreify?
Not always. LegitScript is required for some regulated categories (online pharmacy, telehealth) but not every health and wellness offer needs it. Best to jump on a call so we can look at your specific vertical and offers and tell you exactly what's required.
Do you help me get LegitScript certified?
Partially. LegitScript runs the certification themselves, but we guide you through what to prepare, how to position your application, and what to expect, based on what we've seen across our client base.
Can I whitelist my LegitScript myself?
Meta's authorization panel from your own Business Manager is a basic-level approval that often takes months and frequently never goes through for restricted health verticals. Scoreify whitelists you directly with Meta at a higher level, full credentialing, not just authorization so your account is recognized as a verified health advertiser from day one.
Do I use my own Meta assets?
Yes. Your profile, Business Manager, pixel, and page yours. Scoreify only provides the ad account itself. Everything else in your setup remains under your control.
How long do Scoreify accounts last?
Most clients are still running on the account they got on day one. Annual retention is 94%.
Can I run black-hat or grey-hat offers?
No. Scoreify only works with LegitScript-certified advertisers running compliant offers. The protection model depends on every Scoreify account meeting the same standard.
Can I have more than one ad account?
Yes. Multi-account setups are common for operators running multiple brands or testing at scale. We'll work out the right structure on the discovery call.
